We want to clarify that payments from third-party cards or accounts are not accepted. All transactions for purchasing challenges and trading account activities must be made in the name of the cardholder.

During the onboarding process for qualified trader accounts, we verify that the name on the payment card matches the information in the KYC (Know Your Customer) profile.

This step is taken to prevent credit card fraud and maintain the security and integrity of our platform.
