Please be aware that all accounts, will be subject to a 30-day inactivity limit.

This means that if an XPERT Markets User does not log into their account for more than 30 consecutive days, the account will be deactivated.

Note that:

• The days counted are consecutive, not trading days.

• Activity is defined as logging into the account, not necessarily making trades.

You have to place at least 1 trade in 30 days to avoid inactivity breach, If you want the account to be freezed then you should contact our email support for it, other wise it's a hard breach and account cannot be reinstated.
